You KNEW it was coming!

Yup!  I just HAD to do it.  :)  I totally couldn't wait any longer.  tee hee.  Now, I promise, I won't write as much as I did about my sweet sis's, but I do wanna say a little somethin', somethin' about my daycare kids.  (ooooh, I can hear the groans coming from Sara!)  I think I would be less inclined to share this right now, except I took the most adorable picture of Theo yesterday and I HAD to share it!  It's below.  After that pic, I would like to just say a few short words and share a few pics kay?  Here is the cutie of Theo.  (He had just turned the corner and saw the creek, and got a little excited!  Lucky for me, I had my camera ready!

Ok, so you've all heard of Ella and Theo....my favorites!  They've been with me since the beginning.  I potty trained Theo, taught him how to walk, talk, ABC's (in sign language too!), write his name, and well....be the genius that he is!!  Ella has always been a sweetheart, and just loves me to pieces!  Here are a couple recent pics of my babies!

THIS ONE OF THEO CRACKS ME UP!!  HE WAS DISTRACTED DURING A HAIR CUT AND TURNED HIS HEAD WHEN HE SHOULDN'T HAVE.  I HAD TO BUZZ IT ALL OFF :(  POOR KID.  WE CALLED HIM CAILLOU FOR WEEKS!

I know you all know Jillian...my first!  My wild and crazy child!  She is truly a "kid", and has a great heart.  For an 8 year old, she has the best sense of humor and actually understands sarcasm!  I love it.  She loves to make everyone laugh :)

Wow!  I had to stop myself.  I was gonna add 10 more pictures of Jill!  haha

Now, Kassie....my "Special K".  Likes to wear oven mitts on the hand that she is stirring the pot with, asked the other day, if the squirrel's tail was cat fur.  She gave a toy to her dad to hold and at the very moment she put it in his hand she said, "Don't touch it!".  That girl is a couple crayons short of a box set, but oh is she ever a good kid! (and Sara's fav)  Kassie has gone from being one that I almost got rid of, to the one who I never want to leave!  She was the 2nd one into my daycare and makes our "original 4" complete!

SHE LOOKS REALLY MISERABLE IN ABOVE PIC, BUT SHE WASN'T!  SHE WAS JUST POSING FOR ME TO PRACTICE LIGHTING PHOTO'S AND THEY TURNED OUT GREAT!  TOO BAD HER FACE DIDN'T!  HAHA

Well, who is next?  Hmmm. Myles and Audrey.  I've had them for almost a year now and although Myles is fitting right in and being a super good boy, Audrey still struggles on a daily basis.  I struggle too, but find patience somewhere deep inside this fat body of mine! ahaa.  Audrey, though, is my absolute favorite to photograph.  I could take pics of her all day!

And last but not least,there is Caden.  I've had him for almost 2 years.  I used to have his brother too, but he goes to school all day now :(  They are my neighbours, and such cutie pies!  Caden is very gentle, sweet, quiet and cute.  He calls me Jennifare (with a silly little accent...but he doesn't really have an accent.  he just says my name as if he did!)

 

I think another reason why I wanted  to post this is to show my photography.  I am always trying new things, lighting, settings, composition etc and like to get feedback.  I normally do not get the kids to pose.  Most of these pics are actually candid, but once they saw me with the camera, they paused for a quick second to give me a little smile.

I will do my best NOT to post about my daycare kids again.  (kay Sara??) hahaha.  But, I may want to post pics, since they are the only ones I get to play photographer with.  Below are a few group ones that I'd like to share with you.
