STAIRS

Alright folks....I have a challenge for you and me!  Lately I've been pausing on my stairs (on my way up them) to do a few stretches, and light excersises.  I found out that there are soooooo many combinations excersises you can do on the stairs.  With my feet on step 1 and my hands on step 5 (giving 3 steps in between) I have done push ups, "yoga cat" poses, calf strengthening and more!  Let's see what you can do...every day!  Post your ideas in my comments and let's work out a work out for all of us!!  Have fun and I can't wait to see your ideas!
