I've been the brunt of many jokes - due to my fashion statements (or lack thereof!)  I've even been known to throw on a pair of comfy tracks at a wedding.  But that is me...love it or leave it!  I suppose I could live according to the laws of Stacy and Clinton (What not to Wear) but then who am I kidding?  They say people will look at you differently if you dress "appropriately" and you will earn more respect.  Well, I say "Don't judge a book by it's cover" cuz once you get to know me, you'll know for sure it's not just my track pants that make me a comfy person to be around!
  I'm a little lost in cyber space right now, as this is my first attempt to blog, write a post or do anything that is remotely close to 2011 technology, so please bear with me!  My pages may be a little bland for now, but I am persistant and before you know it my blog will be a big blob of fun!
  I suppose this is where I'm supposed to go on and on about me, my family, my hobbies and my job.  But for those who are reading this ... you already know those things about me.  So, what shall I say?  My main objective in my blob (oops, did I say blob? haha) is to fill you in on my daily adventures, keep you updated in my soap opera I call life and to open a window in the heart of my passions.  I hope to post my talents (paintings, writings, photography etc), maybe sell some paintings, and quite possibly add my book for anyone who wants to read it!
  My kids are off to another year of school.  Erica - grade 11 and at a new school.  Jacob and Cameron into grade 8.  Seriously...where did the time go?  Last week, I was cuddling Cameron on my lap; completely amazed at how much he has grown!  I wished him a baby again...he refused! 
  Unfortunately, because my children do not live with me, there probably won't be a lot of pictures or stories about them.  My life pretty much revolves around my 7 amazing daycare kids, and my awesome husband.  There won't be many pics of him either, seeing that he makes the MOST ridiculous faces when a camera is pointing at him.  And of course there will hardly ever be any pics of me, seeing that nobody ever takes them!
  On June 25th 2011, my dreams of becoming a happy, proud woman came true.  I married the man of dreams, my soul mate, my knight in shining armor.  Dwayne is the most loving, caring, amazing, wonderful man on the planet.  I'm sure there may be a few wives out there who would like to argue my point, but it's no contest!!   I am honored to be his wife and more honored to spend the rest of my days with him.
  For those of you who already have well established blobs, (there I go again!) I wouldn't mind some helpful pointers, advice or any little tid bits of info you can give me to get me going!
